1:1 Fitness Support is personalized strength, mobility, and conditioning training built for young athletes who want to feel stronger, move better, and stay healthy in whatever sport or activity they love. Sessions are age-appropriate, goal-driven, and designed to meet your child exactly where they are physically.
What this looks like in practice depends on your child. For one kid, it's building the core strength and balance that translate into every sport they play. For another, it's improving running mechanics, jumping power, or hand-eye coordination. For another still, it's recovering confidence after an injury or a sedentary stretch, and rediscovering the joy of moving.
Every session is built around movement that's safe, structured, and genuinely fun — because fitness, like everything else we do, should feel like play.

1:1 Sports Instruction is focused, sport-specific skills coaching designed for kids who want to get better — at their pace, in their way. Sessions blend fundamentals, drills, and structured play to build the skills, confidence, and love of the game that turn a beginner into a lifelong athlete.
Available across the sports we coach: soccer, basketball, football, pickleball, volleyball, tennis, and baseball/softball.
What this looks like in practice depends on your child and the sport. For a beginner, it might be learning how to dribble, pass, and shoot in a way that feels natural — without the pressure of a team setting. For an emerging athlete, it might be sharpening the mechanics of a swing, a serve, or a stance. For a kid who just wants to feel more confident on the field, it might be building enough fundamentals to enjoy showing up to practice.

Two coaches in spirit. A small group of kids. One shared space to grow.
Group Play Sessions bring together two to three children to learn, move, and connect alongside one another. We use the same play-based approach as our 1:1 work — building motor coordination, social confidence, and emotional regulation through movement, sport, and structured play — with the added power of peer interaction.
What this looks like in practice depends on the group. For some kids, it's learning to take turns, share equipment, and celebrate each other's wins. For others, it's the comfort of working alongside a sibling or close friend who knows them well. For others still, it's the chance to practice the social skills they've been building one-on-one — in a safe, supported setting with peers their own age.
Every group is intentional. The kids are matched thoughtfully — by age, energy, and goals — so each child can show up as themselves and grow alongside the others.
Sessions take place in homes, parks, gyms, and community spaces across NYC and the Tri-State, in whichever setting works best for the group.
